QLXGEO / INQUIRY DATA
Privacy and inquiry data
This page explains what happens to information you choose to send through our website inquiry forms.
Who handles your inquiry
QLXGEO is operated by Jiangbei District Qianlixing Surveying And Mapping Instruments Business Department. For questions about an inquiry or your information, contact sales@cqqlx.com.
Information you send
An inquiry may include your name, email address, company, country or region, WhatsApp number, product models, quantities, destination, message and any attachment you provide. We also record the page from which the inquiry was sent, its submission time and delivery status.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss product availability, prepare a quotation or assess a repair or calibration request. Our website, database and email service providers process the information needed to operate these services.
How long records remain
Inquiry records in our database expire after 12 months and are scheduled for daily deletion. A copy of each inquiry is also sent by email. Email copies are separate from the database and are not deleted by that automated database task.
Contact us about your data
To ask what we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete an inquiry from active records, email sales@cqqlx.com with enough information to identify your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
